How do I enter my holiday rental?

Under the heading Landlord, click onto register as new Landlord.
Fill in the registration form with your name and email address, after you have completed and sent in the registration form you will recieve an email with a link, click on the link to finish registration.

Your rental property will be automatically included in the site when you have sent back the form with the required information. (it will not appear publically until all requirements of the registration have been completed)

Click on the Edit pencil, to access the Property Administration area. Fill in the required data, and your rental will be activated as soon as all data is entered.

In the upper left hand corner of the property administration area is a link Kundendaten Übersicht (Customer overview) clicking this takes you back to the main service area where you can. Add/delete properties and change your information.

How many holiday rentals can I advertise?

10 rentals per customer

How can I delete my Holiday rentals?

Click on the cross under delete, and confirm the deletion by clicking OK in the box.

How do I delete my entire customer area account?

You can delete your entire customer area including all holiday rentals in the main service area. In the main service area click on the link komplette Anzeige löschen (delete all Ads), then confirm by clicking OK in the dialogue window

How and when will I receive my bill?

You will receive your bill about 4 weeks after registration.
Your bill will be with your personal information in the main service area.
Your bill will be in a HTML and PDF Format .
After one year you will automatically receive an invoice for the next year

How is the Invoice compiled?

The bill is based on the information given about the holiday rental when the bill was being compiled. The invoice is a yearly subscription, there is no refund if holiday rental is cancelled within the year.

What happens by non-payment of invoice?

For nonpayment of the invoice, we will delete your Customer account approximately 14 days after the last reminder email.

What are the prices for a listing?

In the first year to pay half the annual fee for a Accommodation:
= 12 Euro incl. tax.
For every additional rental is a cost of 3 Euro incl. tax.

Are more total of at least 4 questions in the current year,
annual contribution for the following year:
= 24 Euro incl. tax.
For every additional rental is a cost of 6 Euro incl. tax.

Are less than a total 4 questions in the current year,
your advertising is in the following year: for free.

For customers within Germany ,19% tax is added to the bill,
For customers living outside of Germany , tax is not added to the bill, and the customer must declare their own tax to the Tax office in their own country.

Your advertisement is free if you have your own home page with a link leading to us.

Is this a binding contract?

No, there is no contractual commitment, you can delete your user account at any time.
There is no refund of the annual fee for deletion of objects or complete deletion of account before the years end

How does the guest contact me?

The visitors contact directly through the contact form on the individual property pages to your specified email address.
Or you can publish your contact information such as telephone, fax or mobile number directly on your page.

Is my information secure?

It is optional if you wish to published your personal information (phone, fax or phone number)
All published personal information will be shown as an image, Thus, the data is not readable by spambots.

Rental contract and legal basis?

A rental agreement is concluded exclusively between you as landlord and your guest, it shall apply the relevant terms and conditions or the right of the house owner, so far as this does not violate any laws. The same applies to the cancellation period and fees.
"ferienwohnung-gaestezimmer.de" simply provides its platform for promotional purposes only and shall not be liable for any disputes between you and the landlord.

How can I increase my chances of renting?

Good, relevant images are the basis for successfully renting a property, the same applies to your item description. For pricing, you should base it on the market price and offer your apartment at a fair price. Take into account seasonal demand and offer your guests discounts in low season.
It is also helpful to be signed up to more that one rental site.

Guest rating?

In order for the guest to rate your property they must be able to give their name, the date of their stay, E-mail address and the E-mail address of the owner.

It is important that the guest has the same E-mail address of the owner that is published on the owners page, this makes communication easier.

How do I contact the owner?

Please use the contact form on the individual property pages to directly contact the owner. If the owner has published additional contact information such as their phone number, you can also call.

What do I have to pay?

Pricing and payment arrangements alone is the sole responsibility of the owner , and has nothing to do with "ferienwohnung-gaestezimmer.de".
Payment is made only to the landlord.
The use of the site is free for guests, owners pay a small annual fee.
