The conditions of the rental contract is between the renter and the owner.

"ferienwohnung-gaestezimmer.de" is a service for the use of advertising holiday accommadation only and is not a travel agency. Under the terms of clause § 651 BGB.

2. Undertaking by the Advertiser

With the placing of their advertisement the owner is bound to have the accommodation open to booking at the advertised time plan.
The advertiser can in the customer help section choose the booking schedule when the property is open for booking.

3. Removal of advertisement

Both parties have the right to removal of the advertisement with out notice, However in case of prior bookings, the bookings must be honoured.
There is no refund of subscription fee.

Possible reasons are:

• Withholding of payment

4. Contract (between Guest and Owner)
